Section 18:22-11.7 - Certification of Director; statement to taxpayer

Within five days after making the computation of the excise tax imposed by N.J.S.A. 54:30A-54(a) and (b), the Director shall certify to the State Treasurer, the amount of such taxes. At the same time the Director shall issue to each taxpayer a statement of the taxes due.
