Section 18:19-5.5 - Suspension and revocation of license

(a) The Director may suspend or revoke the license held by any retail dealer for a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter or on other reasonable ground or grounds, after five days notice of such proposed revocation or suspension, and the ground or grounds thereof to such retail dealer.

(b) Said notice will be served personally or by registered mail upon the retail dealer and will set forth the date, time, and place of hearing to be conducted under the provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act, N.J.S.A. 52:14B-1 et seq., for that purpose.
