If paper UCC search requests are permitted pursuant to exceptions granted pursuant to N.J.A.C. 17:33-2.9, they may be delivered to DORES through any of the means by which UCC filings may be delivered to DORES, as set forth at N.J.A.C. 17:33-2.4. Requirements concerning search requests are set forth at N.J.A.C. 17:33-8.
