Section 17:24-3.3 - PSDP: record keeping

(a) Each PSDP shall maintain the following:

1. All documents or records related to 9-1-1 calls in a secured area for no less than 31 days; and

2. A current listing of PSDP dispatchers, which indicates the dispatchers' certification date, at all times.
