Section 17:24-11.1 - CLEC responsibility to provide enhanced 9-1-1 service

Prior to providing outbound access to the public switched telephone network, each CLEC authorized to provide service in New Jersey shall provide enhanced 9-1-1 service to their customers in accordance with 52:17C-1 to 52:17C-16 and this chapter.
