Section 17:17-1.7 - Rental reduction

(a) The Board may authorize a reasonable reduction or waiver of rental or related fees for any one of the following reasons:

1. Residency is a condition of employment;

2. The unit is located on institution grounds; or

3. The rental value of unit is disproportionate to the employee's salary.
