Section 17:16-68.9 - Limitations(a) The Director may not invest more than 80 percent of the market value of the assets of the NJBEST Fund in equity investments as are permitted under N.J.A.C. 17:16-42.(b) The Director may invest up to 100 percent of the market value of the assets of the NJBEST Fund either in permitted fixed income securities or in the State of New Jersey Cash Management Fund.N.J.
