Section 17:16-42.3 - Eligible funds

(a) For purposes of this subchapter, eligible funds shall include:

1. Supplemental Annuity Collective Trust;

2. The Deferred Compensation Equity Fund;

3. The Deferred Compensation Small Capitalization Equity Fund; and

4. New Jersey Better Educational Savings Trust.
