Section 17:16-37.1 - Definitions

The following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

"Money market funds" mean mutual funds that invest in short-term debt instruments and seek to maintain a stable share price of one dollar.
