Seniors and people with disabilities are not permitted to ride at a reduced fare on intrastate and interstate school, charter, demand responsive, or special motor bus and rail and light rail passenger service, and trips to or from Atlantic City locations when the user receives, from any source, money or other gratuities in addition to the transportation purchased.
