Section 15:30-2.1 - Revising the State Development and Redevelopment Plan

(a) The State Planning Commission shall revise and readopt the State Development and Redevelopment Plan in accordance with the State Planning Act. In so doing, the State Planning Commission shall prepare and distribute a "Preliminary Plan" for cross-acceptance.

(b) The preparation, approval, and cross-acceptance of a Preliminary Plan pursuant to this chapter notwithstanding, the current State Development and Redevelopment Plan, shall continue to constitute the official State Development and Redevelopment Plan until such time as it is revised and readopted by the State Planning Commission in accordance with the State Planning Act and N.J.A.C. 15:30-5.
