The rules set forth in this chapter provide for the establishment and designation of a library cooperative designed to promote the cooperative use of services and materials of all types of libraries in the State through the provision of library services on a Statewide basis, pursuant to the provisions of P.L. 1983, c. 486 ( N.J.S.A. 18A:73-35aet seq.), known as the Library Network Law.
