Section 14:6-3.13 - Training

Each gas company employee shall be adequately trained for the job to which he or she is assigned and have adequate knowledge of the characteristics and hazards of natural gas. Employees assigned to positions covered by 49 CFR Part 192, Subpart N, shall be operator-qualified in accordance with the requirements therein.
