Any person appearing before or transacting business with the Board or Office in a representative capacity may be required by the Board or Office to file evidence of his or her authority to act in such capacity, subject to the provisions at N.J.A.C. N.J.S.A. 1:1-5.1, 5.2, and 5.4.
