Chapter 69P, Fantasy Sports Tournaments, was adopted as new rules by R.2014 d.110, effective 7/7/2014. See: 45 N.J.R. 1476(a), 46 N.J.R. 1648(a).
Chapter 69P, Fantasy Sports Tournaments, was scheduled to expire on 7/7/2021. In accordance with Executive Order No. 127 (2020) and P.L. 2021, c. 103, any chapter of the New Jersey Administrative Code that would have otherwise expired during the Public Health Emergency originally declared in Executive Order No. 103 (2020) was extended through January 1, 2022. Accordingly, Chapter 69P, Fantasy Sports Tournaments, expired on 1/1/2022.
