Section 13:40A-6.1 - General requirements(a) The appraiser shall ensure that all appraisals shall, at a minimum conform to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) in effect on the date on which the appraisal was prepared, which standards are incorporated herein by reference.(b) An appraiser's failure to comply with the provisions of USPAP may be construed to be professional misconduct in violation of N.J.S.A. 45:1-21(e).N.J.
