Section 13:20-34.7 - Reissue

In the event a registrant fails to renew the registration for a particular identifying mark for two years from the date of expiration or surrenders said mark and corresponding registration certificate to the Motor Vehicle Commission, said marks shall be available for reissuance to any applicant therefor upon payment to the Motor Vehicle Commission of the applicable fee specified in N.J.A.C. 13:20-34.5(a) for said marks.
