Section 11:24-3.1 - Compliance with laws and rules

(a) The HMO shall comply with the provisions of the New Jersey Health Maintenance Organizations Act, 26:2J-1 et seq.

(b) The HMO shall comply with applicable Federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations.
