Section 11:2-29.6 - Notifications to the Department

(a) A senior official of the company shall notify the Assistant Commissioner of the Office of Property and Casualty of the Department, in writing, in advance of the date certain that the first non-renewal notices will be mailed and specify therein the effective dates of the first policies to be non-renewed.

(b) Within 15 days of the expiration of the last New Jersey insurance policy, a senior official of the company shall submit to the Assistant Commissioner in the Office of Property and Casualty of the Department a written certification indicating the expiration date of the last policy non-renewed.
