Section 10A:12-2.5 - Requests for access to facility space and equipment

(a) Inmate groups shall submit to the Administrator or designee a written request to use correctional facility space and/or equipment.

(b) Access to correctional facility space and equipment shall be at the discretion of the Administrator or designee based upon, but not limited to:

1. The availability of resources; and

2. The ability to maintain the secure and orderly operation of the correctional facility.
