Section 10:90-1.16 - Assignment or transfer of property

A voluntary assignment or transfer of income or resources within one year prior to the time of application for benefits for the purpose of qualifying for WFNJ benefits shall render the applicant/recipient and the applicant/recipient's assistance unit members ineligible for benefits in accordance with 10:90-3.10(e).
