N.J. Admin. Code § 10:87-3.6

Section 10:87-3.6 - U.S. citizen defined

For the purposes of 10:87-3.5, the United States shall be defined as the 50 States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, Swain's Island, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands. Citizenship shall be verified only if questionable in accordance with 10:87-2.20(b).
