Section 10:71-8.5 - Fraudulent receipt of assistance

To protect the assistance agency and the public against the commission of fraud, the policies and procedures as defined in 10:69-9.15 through 9.20 (fraudulent receipt of assistance) shall apply to the Medicaid Only program.
