Section 10:60A-2.3 - Sanctions and remedies

Non-compliance with N.J.A.C. 8:43J or 10:60A may result in sanctions and remedies being imposed as provided in the Medicaid Administration Manual, N.J.A.C. 10:49, 8:43E, and/or any other applicable law or regulation.
