Section Rev 601.38 - Pick-ups

"Pick-ups" means those properties throughout a municipality having values adjusted due to:

(a) New, newly modified, or on-going construction;

(b) Demolitions;

(c) Errors or omissions;

(d) Subdivisions, boundary line adjustments, or lot mergers;

(e) Tax map corrections or zoning;

(f) Current use;

(g) Statutory exemptions; or

(h) Abatement review.
