Section Rev 2602.05 - Generation by a Residential Customer

The generation of electricity by a person who is a residential customer under the tariff of the distribution company serving the geographic area where that person is located shall not make:

(a) The residential customer a producer; or

(b) The consumption of such generation subject to the tax under RSA 83-E.
