Section Rev 2005.06 - Function: Health Expenditures related to the conservation and improvement of public health shall be classified into the following accounts:
(a) Account 4411, administration, classification shall be for administrative expenditures related to regulatory and inspection activities essential to the preservation and promotion of improved public health;(b) Account 4414, pest control, classification shall be for expenditures related to: (1) The control of animals, insects and rodents; and(2) The prevention and treatment of diseases there from; and(c) Account 4419, other health, classification shall be for expenditures for health programs not otherwise classified.N.H.
