Section Rev 204.12 - Evidence(a) Proceedings shall not be conducted under the rules of evidence, except as provided in RSA 541-A:33, II.(b) All information which will reasonably assist the presiding officer to arrive at the truth shall be admissible.(c) The presiding officer shall exclude evidence which is irrelevant, unreliable, immaterial, or unduly repetitious.(d) If the presiding officer officially notices a fact, he or she shall so state, and permit any party, upon timely request, the opportunity to show the contrary.N.H.
