Section Rev 202.03 - Service of Documents(a) All notices, orders, decisions or other documents issued by the presiding officer pursuant to this chapter, shall be served by the presiding officer upon all parties to the proceeding.(b) Except as otherwise provided by statute or by this chapter, service of all documents relating to a proceeding shall be made: (1) By personal delivery; or(2) By depositing a copy of the document, with first class postage prepaid, in the United States mail, addressed to the party to be served at the last known address of the party, provided such party is not represented.(c) Where a party has appeared by a representative, service shall be upon the representative.N.H.
