Section Rev 201.06 - Computation of Time Generally(a) Any time period specified in this chapter shall begin with the day following the act, event, or default, and shall include the last day of the period, unless it is a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, in which event the period runs until the end of the next day which is not a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday.(b) When the period prescribed or allowed is less than 7 calendar days, intermediate Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays shall be excluded from the computation.N.H.
