Each municipality, county, or organization requesting a grant shall make the contact person available to meet with the screening committee to give a presentation on the grant request and to answer questions relative to the application and proposed project. Each presentation shall be for a minimum 15 minutes. Failure to appear shall cause rejection of the application.
