Section Pod 301.03 - Timeliness of Credentials

An applicant who has been inactive from practice for more than 36 months shall meet all current licensure requirements and attend a minimum of 40 hours of continuing podiatry education as specified in Pod 402.01 for the 2 years prior to the date of application.
