Section Plc 905.01 - Requirements for Massage Therapist License Renewal
Licensees seeking to renew their license shall:
(a) Have met the continuing education requirements described in Plc 905.02; and(b) Submit the completed application form, documentation, and fee described in Plc 905.03.
