Section Pari 1104.03 - Expiration of an Issued License(a) A license issued to a distributor or manufacturer pursuant to this chapter shall expire on June 30 following the date of issue.(b) A license issued to a charitable organization pursuant to this chapter shall expire on the last day of the month for which the license was issued, or for annual licenses, the last day of the year in which it was issued.(c) A license shall be valid only for the activities, location, dates and times as listed on the license.(d) Any licensee that ceases to conduct lucky 7 activities shall immediately notify the commission in writing and provide the commission a report as to the disposition of:(1) All unused lucky 7 ticket inventory; and(2) Any lucky 7 ticket dispensing devices used by the charity.N.H.
