Section Occ 401.03 - Direct supervision "Direct supervision" means:
(a) One or more face-to-face meetings between a supervisor and the person being supervised for the purpose of reviewing a treatment plan or treatment progress; or(b) Direct and continuous observation by the supervisor of the activities of the person being supervised.N.H. Admin. Code § Occ 401.03
