Section Nuh 215.02 - Disposition of Petition(a) The board shall consider all petitions for rulemaking and proceed pursuant to RSA 541-A:4. The board shall request additional data or argument from the petitioner or other interested persons to clarify the argument.(b) If the data or argument fails to support the petition, the board shall state the reason therefore in the order.N.H.
