Section He-Hea 805.01 - Approval of Applications

(a) The board shall issue multiple CONs to satisfy the need for which a request for applications was issued if the board determines more than one applicant demonstrates that they equally satisfy and comply with the standards listed in RSA 151-C:9, II.

(b) In the case of competing applications for psychiatric inpatient beds, the board shall give preference to an application proposing to locate the additional beds in an acute care hospital to secure coordination of patient care.
