Section He-Hea 702.05 - Access to Care

Applicants shall ensure that no resident of the state of New Hampshire will be refused comprehensive physical rehabilitation services by them on the basis of:

(a) Race;

(b) Color;

(c) Creed;

(d) Age;

(e) Gender;

(f) Sexual orientation;

(g) Disability; or

(h) Ability to pay.
