Section Frl 403.08 - Penalty

Any funeral director or embalmer who alters, forges, or falsifies, or causes to be altered, forged, or falsified any documents, or records required to be kept or submitted by this rule shall be subject to disciplinary action under RSA 325:32, II and Frl 207.
