Section Ec-Wet 203.19 - Request to Confirm Consistency with Council Order(a) A request by a party pursuant to RSA 21-O:14, I-a(d) to confirm that a revised decision by the commissioner is consistent with the council's remand order shall: (1) Be in writing and conform to the filing requirements of Ec-Wet 203.04; and(2) Include a copy of the revised decision.(b) Upon receipt of a request under paragraph (a) above, the presiding officer shall, within 30 days:(1) Rule on the request, if he or she determines that doing so does not require consultation with the council; or(2) Refer the request to the council for resolution at its next scheduled meeting.(c) A request under paragraph (a) above shall not entitle the requester to a hearing.N.H.
