Section Agr 1406.04 - Posting of Prices by Grocery Stores(a) Grocery stores shall post the prices of their commodities in accordance with RSA 438:26-a, II and III.(b) Snack items and cold beverages may be priced individually or priced using a shelf tag in accordance with RSA 438:26-a, II and III.(c) Displays of snack items and cold beverages containing more than one item of a similar commodity, such as candy bars or ice cream novelties, may be priced using a placard or shelf tag which is adjacent to the display and which lists the price of each or all of the items in the particular display.N.H.
