Section 706.4026 - Tow at the request of a law enforcement agency" defined

"Tow at the request of a law enforcement agency" means the towing at the request of a law enforcement agency of a vehicle that is:

1. Impounded after an arrest;

2. Impounded after a traffic crash;

3. Impounded because the vehicle has been abandoned; or

4. A nonconsensual tow.
