Section 706.327 - Manifests for common and contract motor carriers of commodities1. A common or contract motor carrier of commodities shall carry in the unit having motive power a manifest containing: (a) A description of the shipment, including, without limitation, the number of pieces and the net weight of the shipment.(b) The names of the consignees.(c) The names of the consignors.(d) The points of origin and destination of the shipment.(e) The route of the shipment.(f) A statement that the carrier's rates and regulations are subject to approval by the Authority.2. A copy of the manifest must be kept on file in the principal office of each carrier involved in the transport of the shipment for 3 years after the shipment has been made.Nev. Admin. Code § 706.327
