Section 706.3955 - Pleadings: Captions, amendments and construction1. Pleadings before the Authority must be styled applications, petitions, complaints, answers, motions and protests.2. If not otherwise prohibited by law and if substantial rights of the parties will not be prejudiced, the Authority will allow any pleading to be amended or corrected or any omission in the pleading to be cured.3. The Authority will and the presiding officer shall liberally construe the pleadings and disregard any defects which do not affect the substantial rights of any party.Nev. Admin. Code § 706.3955
