Section 706.1315 - Computation and extension of timeExcept as otherwise provided by law:
1. In computing any period prescribed or allowed by any regulation of the Authority, the day of the act, event or default from or after which the designated period begins to run is not included. The last day of the period so computed is included, but if it is a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, the period runs until the end of the next day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday.2. Whenever an act is required or allowed pursuant to any regulation of the Authority, or any notice given thereunder, to be done within a specified period, the Authority may extend the period for good cause upon a motion made before the specified period expires.Nev.
