Section 706.0655 - "Hearing" defined"Hearing" means any public proceeding:
1. For which notice is provided by the Authority in accordance with applicable statutes and regulations; and2. Which includes an opportunity for parties to present written or oral testimony or any other evidence that is relevant and material to the proceeding, as determined by the Authority.Nev. Admin.
