Section 706.513 - Drivers: Permits1. No person may operate a taxicab within the jurisdiction of the Authority without having first obtained a permit from the Administrator.2. Permits issued by the Authority to a driver remain the property of the Authority and must be returned to the Authority when a driver changes companies, leaves the industry or upon demand of the Authority.3. Permits issued by the Authority to an independent contractor remain the property of the Authority and must be returned to the Authority if the permit is suspended, revoked or expired or upon demand of the Authority.Nev.
