Section 704A.600 - Burial of nonconductive subsurface installations1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, if an operator is burying a nonconductive subsurface installation, the operator shall place a tracer wire or other conductive marking tape or device with the subsurface installation.2. If an operator is conducting minor repairs to an existing nonconductive subsurface installation, the operator may choose not to place a tracer wire or other conductive marking tape or device with the subsurface installation when burying the subsurface installation.3. As used in this section:(a) "Operator" has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 455.096.(b) "Subsurface installation" has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 455.101. Nev. Admin. Code § 704A.600
