Section 704.Sec. 5.1 - NEW

"Biennial energy storage targets" means the biennial targets for the procurement of cost-effective energy storage systems by the affiliated utilities, which are established by the Commission in subsection 1 of section 10 or in an order described in subsection 5 of section 10.
