Section 704.9745 - "Gas infrastructure expansion application" defined

"Gas infrastructure expansion application" means an application filed by a public utility which purchases natural gas for resale seeking a determination by the Commission for:

1. The authorization of a gas infrastructure expansion activity; and

2. The recovery of gas infrastructure expansion costs.
